PROJECT SCOPE:
MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT WITH (13) 3-STORY, NON-ELEVATOR BUILDINGS
OF VARYING NUMBER OF UNITS PER BUILDING, FOR A TOTAL OF 486
UNITS.
THE UNITS ARE COMPOSED OF A MIX OF STUDIO, ONE-BEDROOM,
TWO-BEDROOM AND THREE-BEDROOM UNITS.
A 4,686 SQAURE FOOT MIXED-USE CLUBHOUSE AMENITY IS PROVIDED
WHICH CONTAINS A LEASING OFFICE, CONFERENCE ROOM, LOUNGE
AREA, MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM, GAME LOUNGE, GYM AND COVERED PATIO.
A GROUND INSTALLED SWIMMING POOL AND SPA ARE PROVIDED AND
ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE CLUBHOUSE.
A TOTAL OF 864 GROUND SURFACE PARKING SPACES ARE PROVIDED,
WITH 410 OF THE SPACES COVERED BY OPEN SIDED CARPORTS, WHICH
WILL BE FITTED WITH SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS FOR ACTIVE
ENERGY PROVISION.
PER CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, 108 BIKE STORAGE SPACES ARE
REQUIRED AND ARE DISPERSED THROUGHOUT THE SITE.
THE PROJECT WILL BE CONSTRUCTED IN THREE PHASES:
PHASE ONE WILL CONTAIN SEVEN BUILDINGS (228 UNITS) WITH 439
PARKING SPACES.
PHASE TWO WILL CONTAIN THREE BUILDINGS (150 UNITS) WITH 205
PARKING SPACES.
PHASE THREE WILL CONTAIN THREE BUILDINGS (108 UNITS) WITH 205
PARKING SPACES.
